OverwaterGuide collects minimal data. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymized, aggregated data such as page views, referrers, and country of origin. It does not use cookies or track individual users.

When you click “Check prices” or similar booking links, you are redirected to a third-party booking platform (e.g., Booking.com). These platforms have their own privacy policies. We may earn a commission from completed bookings at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links may contain tracking parameters to attribute the referral.
If you contact us via email, we will use your email address only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your email with third parties.
Data Retention
Vercel Analytics data is retained for up to 30 days. We do not store any personal data on our servers.
